Follow a plan that can adapt
Praxys manages its own or explicitly adopted workouts in a rolling 14-day window and can respond to your current training and recovery state. You choose from the delivery options available to your account and remain in control of pausing, resuming, resolving conflicts, or leaving managed mode.
Know whether your goal is realistic
Race forecasts quantify the gap between your current evidence and target. Praxys supports road and trail races from 5K through 100 miles and clearly distinguishes stronger conclusions from estimates.
Check the science behind each conclusion
Metrics, formulas, and constants carry source citations. You can inspect how a result was calculated and choose among supported training theories rather than treating one opaque model as universal truth.
Works with your current training setup
Connect Garmin, Strava, COROS, and Oura to bring activity and recovery data together. Available delivery options appear in Settings for each account. Choose power, heart rate, or pace as your training base.
